The hotel was clean. They upgraded our room because of our honeymoon. The reception staff provided service I won't forget (Inha especially!).

The complimentary toiletries were not sufficient or replenished enough .

The hotel is near the town center making it easy to reach by foot from the historic centre, ideal if you want to visit places, but don't want the hustle. The walk to the castle took only about fifteen minutes.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I could choose from bread, juice, fruit, cheese, salami, bacon, and sausages. The coffee and yogurt were delicious.

the cleanliness was not acceptable i observed hair on the floor after a cleaning session the duvet provided was too small i also needed to use a sleeping mask because there was only a curtain in my room this did not block the light adequately. furthermore the complimentary toiletries were insufficient and were not consistently replenished . this level of attention to detail is expected from a hotel of this standing and i found it lacking.

the staff was very helpful. they phoned taxis every night for us. the hotel was very clean. the rooms were also great and very clean.

the room walls are thin. i had a family in the room next to me and you could hear everything. i couldn't relax at all after a long day. sleeping well and having peace and quiet is important to me in a hotel.
